MET

Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. For B.Tech admissions, the exam provides an opportunity for students to apply for engineering programs offered by institutes under MAHE and its participating campuses. The B.Tech entrance exam is conducted in computer based mode. The exam covers the subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Logical Reasoning. The exam tests a candidate's understanding of the subjects along with basic reasoning and language skills. Students who qualify for B.Tech admission through MET are eligible for the counseling process. In the counseling process, candidates can select their preferred program and campus based on their MET rank, eligibility and availability of seats. Thus MET is an important entrance exam for students who want to pursue engineering in Manipal institutions.
