BITSAT

BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is a national-level computer-based entrance examination conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to its First Degree programmes. The exam is used for admission to B.E., M.Sc. and B.Pharm. programmes offered at the BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. BITSAT is conducted in two sessions. Candidates can appear for a maximum of two attempts, and if they appear in both sessions, the higher score is considered for admission. The examination is completely computer-based and lasts for 3 hours. For most B.E. and M.Sc. programmes, candidates need at least 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with at least 60% individually in each of these subjects.
