Admissions Overview

Securing a seat here requires participating in the Andhra Pradesh state-level centralized admission process, known as OAMDC. Instead of submitting paper applications directly to the college administrative building, you register online through the state's portal, list Yvnr Degree College as your choice during the web-options phase, and wait for seat allotment based on your intermediate exam marks. Once the official allotment letter is issued, you report directly to the Kadapa campus with your original transfer certificate to finalize your enrollment.

Life on Campus

Facility	Description
Library	Stocked specifically with textbooks aligned to the Yogi Vemana University curriculum alongside Telugu and English language dailies for competitive exam preparation.
Gym / Fitness Center	A simple, outdoor-accessible setup with free weights and chin-up bars for basic strength training after afternoon lectures.
Hostels	Separate accommodations for out-of-town students with shared rooms, offering basic security and strict study hours enforced after the evening roll call.
Transport	Private buses run routes linking the campus to remote neighborhoods across Kadapa, saving you from relying on unpredictable state transport schedules.
Placement Cell / Career Guidance	Focuses on localized employment by coordinating interview practice and linking final-year students with regional financial services and retail companies.

Our take: If you are looking for a high-tech campus with constant cultural festivals, you will likely find this environment too quiet. However, for a student from the Rayalaseema region seeking a low-cost, university-accredited degree while staying close to home, it remains highly practical.
