About Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy

Positioned along the Kim-Olpad road, Vidhyadeep Institute of Pharmacy serves as an academic bridge to South Gujarat's extensive chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing belts. The institution functions as a constituent unit of Vidhyadeep University, training pharmacy professionals who transition directly into the industrial zones of Sachin and Ankleshwar. Students spend a significant portion of their hours in specialized laboratories designed to meet the strict compliance codes of the Pharmacy Council of India.

Campus & Infrastructure

Facility	Description
Transport	A dedicated fleet of buses links the Anita campus to Kim railway station, Olpad, and key junctions within Surat city, easing the daily commute for non-resident students.
Placement Cell / Career Guidance	The cell coordinates directly with local chemical and pharmaceutical plants in the GIDC estates to arrange compulsory industrial apprenticeships for final-year students.
Gym / Fitness Center	An on-campus fitness zone provides weight training apparatus and recreational spaces, helping pharmacy students relax after intensive practical laboratory sessions.
Medical / Health Center	A primary care station operates on campus for immediate first-aid needs, backed by formal service agreements with community hospitals in neighboring Kim town.

What stands out: This institution is primarily geared toward students targeting regional manufacturing, quality control, or retail pharmacy roles rather than those seeking international research careers. Anyone planning to commute daily from central Surat must carefully check the university bus timetables beforehand, as public transport options to Anita can be irregular.
