About Universal BA Civil Services College
If you want to clear the UPSC or MPSC without moving to Pune or Delhi right after school, this place in Adyal is an interesting, highly focused experiment. Instead of a standard BA where you just memorize old textbooks for exams, the curriculum here is designed specifically to cover civil service syllabus topics while you earn your degree. It saves you the double effort of preparing for college exams and competitive exams separately, meaning you begin your administrative training from day one.
