About Sri Krishnaveni Degree College of Arts & Science

The Krishna River delta is famous for its lush paddy fields and its fierce pursuit of education, with towns in the region serving as long-standing academic hubs. It is in this high-aspiration belt of Andhra Pradesh that Sri Krishnaveni Degree College of Arts & Science operates. We focus on offering local students a solid, affordable route to their first degree without needing to migrate to expensive distant metros. Admission Process

Admission is governed by the state-wide Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) framework. The college publishes a systematic merit list based on your qualifying Intermediate examination marks, filtered by category and your chosen subject combination. If your percentage meets the specified cutoff for that round, you will find your name on the selection list displayed on the campus notice board and the portal.

To secure your place, you must visit the administrative block in person with your original Transfer Certificate, study certificates, and marks memo for physical verification. Any delay in submitting these documents along with the term fee during the specified window leads to the seat being offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

Life on Campus

Facility	Description
Gym / Fitness Center	Equipped with basic weightlifting benches and free weights, the fitness area is popular with students training for local police recruitment drives.
Cafeteria / Canteen	A simple open-sided space serving freshly made South Indian tiffins, where the filter coffee and spicy minapa garlu are daily staples.
Library	Houses a physical catalog of textbooks aligned with the Krishna University syllabus, along with regional Telugu-medium reference books and daily newspapers.
Student Clubs & Societies	The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit is the most active group, organizing blood donation camps and clean-up drives in nearby villages.

Bottom line: This college suits self-motivated regional students who want an affordable, local degree and don't mind a traditional, high-attendance environment. If you are looking for an expansive campus with liberal curfew rules or an active design culture, you will want to look elsewhere.
