About Shivam Teachers Training College

Shivam Teachers Training College operates under the academic jurisdiction of Patliputra University, following formal recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Before local university zones were redrawn, the institution ran its early sessions under Magadh University. It has operated in Patna's Phulwari Sharif area since 2009. The institution focuses entirely on training future schoolteachers rather than offering general humanities or science degrees.
