About Rajshri Shahu College of Education

Walk down the bypass road in Beed, and you will find a quiet campus where graduates prepare for the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Rajshri Shahu College of Education serves a distinct purpose in this dry, agrarian belt of Marathwada. Many trainees here are local women. By focusing strictly on teacher training, the institution addresses a critical shortage of trained educators in Beed's rural zilla parishad schools.

Life on Campus

Facility	Description

Placement Cell / Career Guidance	This cell organizes mock viva-voce sessions and coordinates with private secondary schools in the Beed and Georai talukas for local teacher recruitment opportunities.
Computer Center / Wi-Fi Campus	Equipped with desktop systems loaded with basic educational applications, this space helps trainees design digital lesson plans and learning aids for their mandatory school internship semesters.
Cafeteria / Canteen	A shaded, simple dining setup that serves local Maharashtrian breakfast staples like poha, vada pav, and hot tea during lecture breaks.
Sports / Playground	An open ground shared on the trust land where B.Ed trainees practice conducting school assemblies, track events, and regional outdoor games like Kho-Kho.
