About Pacific School of Engineering

This institution is built for practical-minded students in South Gujarat who want a direct, no-nonsense path into the engineering and manufacturing sectors surrounding Surat. Instead of chasing elite research theories, the curriculum focuses heavily on hands-on technical proficiency. You will find that most students here commute from nearby towns or Surat city itself, keeping the student community tightly knit and locally focused. The proximity to the Hazira industrial belt provides a regular backdrop for industrial visits and local engineering projects.

Application Steps

Admission depends directly on the centralized Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) merit list and the state-level ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) cutoff scores. The college releases its vacant seat cutoffs only after the main rounds of ACPC counselling are complete. You need to watch the portal closely for these subsequent institutional merit lists if your ACPC rank was slightly below the initial cutoff.

To secure your enrollment once your name appears on the selection list, you must present your original GUJCET scorecard and school-leaving certificates at the Kadodara-Palsana Road campus for physical verification. The process wraps up once you pay the first-term tuition fee via demand draft or online bank transfer directly to the administrative desk.

Facilities Overview

Facility	Description
Computer Center / Wi-Fi Campus	The central computing hall connects directly to the GTU digital portal, giving students access to specialized drafting software like AutoCAD for the civil and mechanical branches. The entire academic block maintains a stable wireless connection to support research during lab hours.
Sports / Playground	The outdoor ground on the Kadodara-Palsana campus accommodates both inter-departmental cricket matches and volleyball tournaments, serving as the main gathering space after evening lectures wrap up.
Hostels	On-campus residential facilities are designed primarily for students arriving from outside Surat district, providing basic study desks, security protocols, and shared laundry setups.
Cafeteria / Canteen	Serving Gujarati vegetarian meals and light snacks, the dining space acts as the primary social hub for day scholars waiting between their morning practicals and afternoon tutorials.
Library	Stocked with Gujarat Technological University reference textbooks and regional technical papers, this quiet study zone provides individual reading carrels and physical back-volumes of engineering journals.

One thing to note: Since the campus is located along the Surat-Kadodara highway, commuting requires relying on the scheduled college bus routes or personal vehicles, as local public transit drops you off a short walk from the main gate. Families should also verify the specific Gujarati-to-English transition support if their children did not complete their school education in English.
