- Appear for JEE (Main): A valid rank in the JEE (Main) entrance examination is the primary criterion for admission.
- Register for UPTAC Counselling: Admissions for 85% of seats are conducted through the centralized online counseling (UPTAC) based on JEE (Main) ranks. Students must select NIET, Greater Noida, during choice filling.
