About Nava Jeevan College of Medical Lab Technology

Nava Jeevan College of Medical Lab Technology is designed specifically for students in the Rayalaseema region seeking immediate entry-level technical roles in diagnostic labs and regional hospitals without committing to a full medical degree. The institution focuses entirely on allied health sciences, operating as a private un-aided facility in Kadapa. Rather than offering broad science streams, it concentrates resources on laboratory training and practical clinical diagnostics, which helps regional clinics source trained technicians directly from the district.

Admissions Overview

Admission depends on a merit list generated from qualifying intermediate board marks in science subjects. The college calculates percentages specifically in science disciplines, then publishes a strict cutoff list on their physical campus notice boards and official digital portals.

Candidates matching the published cutoff must present their original intermediate certificates and medical fitness sheets for verification at the Kadapa campus office. Payment of the first-semester tuition fee secures the enrollment directly, after which unoccupied seats transfer to subsequent candidates on the waiting list.

On-Campus Amenities

Facility	Description
Library	Stacks specialized medical lab manuals, hematology atlases, and clinical biochemistry reference texts required for university syllabus preparation.
Transport	Operates dedicated buses connecting outlying residential pockets of Kadapa and the main municipal bus station directly to the instruction blocks.
Sports / Playground	Features an open-air volleyball court and recreational space where students organize inter-batch matches during designated off-hours.
Gym / Fitness Center	Equipped with basic strength training gear and treadmills to encourage physical conditioning among students spending long hours standing in diagnostic labs.

Worth knowing: Prospective applicants should note that clinical internships require placement in external regional hospitals across Kadapa, meaning students must manage their own local travel arrangements during their practical rotations. It is wise to check if these external clinical postings align with your transit options before committing to the daily schedule.
