About Lakshay Institute of Education

Operating under the strict regulatory oversight of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla, Lakshay Institute of Education coordinates its teacher training programs directly from the historic hill-town of Arki in Solan. Before these classrooms opened in 2008, local teaching aspirants had to travel to Shimla or Solan town for professional training. The college sits along the major link routes of the region, offering a direct path to the HP Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for students across the Solan-Bilaspur belt.
