About Girish Narayan Mishra College

Most higher education options in the Rohtas district cluster around Sasaram or Dehri-on-Sone, but Girish Narayan Mishra College serves the rural agrarian belt of Parsathua. It provides a rare local point of access to traditional degree programs under Veer Kunwar Singh University. The institution operates primarily as a feeder for state-level civil service aspirants and local teaching colleges, relying heavily on traditional classroom lectures rather than modern corporate tie-ups.
