About Cognos Institute of Hotel Management

Hyderabad's thriving luxury hotel industry demands quick-thinking professionals, and this campus operates more like a working hospitality business than a traditional college. Students spend their mornings practicing classic French mother sauces in the basic training kitchen before shifting to high-pressure banquet simulation drills in the afternoon. The entire learning environment is designed to mimic the physical constraints and rapid pace of a real five-star hotel galley.
