About Chiranjeevi Reddy Institute of Engineering and Technology

If you want a shiny, metropolitan campus with endless lifestyle distractions, look elsewhere. This college on the outskirts of Ananthapuramu is built for a different crowd. It exists to drill Rayalaseema students in core engineering fundamentals, prioritizing solid performance in JNTU Anantapur examinations over superficial campus trends.

Application Steps

Admissions follow two clear avenues: state counseling or direct administration quota. The majority of seats are filled via the AP EAPCET or AP ICET counseling systems managed by the state government, where you must select this institution as your preferred choice during the option entry phase. For direct admission seats, you must deal directly with the administrative office on campus.

Present your original rank card and intermediate certificates directly to the administrative desk to verify branch availability.
Confirm your eligibility for Andhra Pradesh state tuition fee reimbursement programs like Jagananna Amma Vodi during the verification stage.
Complete the physical registration on campus with your allotment slip once state counseling rounds freeze.

Facilities Overview

Facility	Description
Library	Stocked specifically to address the JNTUA academic syllabus, prioritizing textbook availability and offline technical references over leisure reading.
Transport	A network of dedicated institutional buses links the campus directly to neighboring towns including Gooty, Dharmavaram, and main hubs in Anantapur.
Hostels	Basic residential quarters segregating men and women, focusing on functional study spaces and structured daily schedules.
Gym / Fitness Center	Equipped with free weights and standard exercise gear to support basic strength training and cardiovascular health.
Auditorium / Seminar Hall	A dedicated academic hall designed for technical guest presentations, project displays, and regional student assemblies.

In practice: This campus requires a high degree of self-reliance, meaning you must actively seek out technical projects outside the classroom to stand out during off-campus recruitment drives. Check the bus routes carefully before enrolling, as commuting independently from distant parts of the district can become a major daily hassle.
