About Bali Ram Bhagat College

Operating under the direct academic jurisdiction of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, Bali Ram Bhagat College serves as a primary higher education gateway for the youth of Samastipur and neighboring rural subdivisions. This constituent status means its academic cycles, examination schedules, and degree awards are managed directly by the university senate. The institution traces its roots back to 1969, a period when local leaders sought to establish an affordable educational center to save regional students from the long commute to Patna or Darbhanga.
