About Baba Jai Ram Dass College of Education

As a recruiter filling teacher vacancies in rural and semi-urban Haryana, I find that graduates from this Khatod institution bring a refreshing lack of entitlement and high classroom stamina. They are trained specifically to handle regional school curricula and manage class sizes that would overwhelm city-educated teachers. The college serves local students best, providing them with the practical training required to clear state-level teacher eligibility exams without distracting them with corporate educational buzzwords.
