About GM University

Having gained formal recognition as a private university from the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the State Private Universities Act, GM University represents the natural expansion of an academic presence that began in Davanagere as a dedicated engineering institute. As a recruiter, we notice that GMU graduates tend to skip the usual transition struggles when entering the workforce because their academic projects focus on practical, real-world problems. The university maintains a solid network with central Karnataka’s manufacturing and agricultural processing sectors, giving students direct experience with physical supply chains and production systems.
