I got 57% in Class 12. Can I get the UP Scholarship?

I am currently in college in DelhiI.
I scored 57% in my 12th grade. Will the government grant me the UP scholarship?
This is because my financial situation is not good.

Probably not, because many colleges do not forward the application form if the score is below 60%.
