On April 1, 2026, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) took a massive leap into the digital age. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, at an event in Vigyan Bhawan, officially unveiled the structured curriculum for Computational Thinking (CT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for students from Class 3 to 8. This initiative is designed to move beyond traditional computer science, focusing instead on building "AI-readiness" and logical problem-solving skills from a young age.
